Project Manager or Licensed Architect
Lead the design & development of projects while managing team coordination, schedule constraints & client expectations.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or a Licensed Architect to oversee the successful design and execution of architectural projects. In this senior-level position, you will manage projects from initial planning and design through completion, coordinating efforts across multidisciplinary teams. You will be maintaining project timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance and you will also be fostering positive relationships with clients and regulatory agencies.
Prompt and effective communication is crucial for providing regular updates to clients, ensuring team alignment, facilitating timely decision-making, and ensuring smooth project delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom is essential, while experience with Revit, SketchUp, and Bluebeam is beneficial for effective collaboration and project coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a professional degree in architecture and at least eight years of relevant experience in an architectural and/or engineering firm. Alternatively, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 11 years of architectural work experience. A strong background in project management and a deep understanding of the design and construction process is essential.
Job Captain/Designer position
Support the execution of architectural projects by balancing design development, technical documentation & team collaborations.
We are seeking an experienced Job Captain to play a key role in the execution of architectural projects. In this mid-level position, you will collaborate closely with project managers and engineers, contributing to design efforts, facility evaluations, and the development of building programs and project schedules. You will also assist in the organization and preparation of construction documents while ensuring compliance with land use and building codes.
Strong technical and communication skills are essential, as your role will include drafting, reviewing drawings, and coordinating technical decisions with engineers. Proficiency in building codes, including the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG), is required. Additionally, candidates must be proficient in construction documentation and team coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom is essential, while experience with Revit, SketchUp, and Bluebeam is beneficial.

CAD Operator
Refine architectural skills with support available for licensure!
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will support project managers by preparing design drawings, organizing construction documents, and applying standard architectural techniques for small projects or for selected segments of larger projects as assigned. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to a variety of projects while refining your technical expertise.
As a CAD Operator, you will work closely with architects and engineers to produce technical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Your responsibilities will include drafting architectural designs, maintaining organized documentation, and assisting in quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Your role is integral for ensuring the accuracy and quality of finished plans.
Ideal candidates should have an associate’s degree of Applied Science in drafting, or a similarly relevant degree/certificate as well as at least two years of relevant experience in an architectural and/or engineering firm. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, while experience with Revit and SketchUp is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
